Ikpeazu calls for vigilance as schools reopen

Abia State Governor, Dr Okezie Ikpeazu, has called on teachers, parents and school children to maintain vigilance as primary and secondary schools in the state resume for the 2017/2018 academic year.

The Governor also called on the management of tertiary institutions in the state to strictly monitor the activities of their students and visitors to ensure that troublemakers do not use the institutions to instigate acts of violence.
